Fully has been around since 2012, and from the very beginning, we've been clear about one thing: shaping our offering around the skills and preferences of our team. That mindset has created a rather unique culture at Fully, where passion is taken seriously and genuinely integrated into the business.

We’ve grown organically since the start, and today we’re about 50 people strong. And with time comes maturity. Playfulness and curiosity have evolved alongside business acumen and strategic focus. In recent years, we’ve also expanded our offering with consultants who integrate directly into our clients’ organizations. We work across most areas of IT, and typically contribute with senior, leading expertise in the projects we’re involved in. We're also strong in newer, more niche fields like game development and XR, yet another reflection of our team’s curiosity and drive.
