Qgroup

Qgroup is a fast-growing consultancy group reshaping what it means to work in IT. When they needed a new brand identity, we started at the source: their inner-chamber-esque Malmö HQ. Inspired by its mix of old-school glamor and modern edge, we developed a visual concept we called Tech Deco and redesigned their website from the ground up.

We created a full identity system — typography, color palette, illustration assets — and rebuilt their website as a scalable, headless solution. The new platform enables localization, flexible data handling, and smooth content management for a growing international group.

The rebrand dovetailed with a major marketing campaign led by Birde & Frankel and supported by us that involved a digital billboard takeover in the center of Stockholm that encouraged open applications and questioned traditional hierarchies.
