Pustervik

When Pustervik went to the media with their call for assistance, organizations and individuals from the Gothenburg area stepped in with funding. We offered to do what we do: to take a look at their website and see what could be better.

It felt like a natural thing to do. Pustervik is a cultural institution. Sweden’s only 100% dedicated live venue. The kind of place that matters to a city in a way that’s hard to put into words. Several of us at Fully have spent more evenings there than we can count. So, this one felt personal.

We ran a customer journey scan and came back with a set of improvements and a new landing page design. Pustervik liked what they saw, and asked us to get to work. That’s when things got interesting. While modifying their WordPress Site, we started wondering whether a migration to Forge, our headless tech stack built on DatoCMS, React and Next.js, could be done faster than usual if we used AI. We pitched the idea. Pustervik said yes.

It worked. A lot faster than expected, actually. The headless architecture meant a clean separation between content and frontend, which made the move fron WordPress smother than these migrations tend to be. One thing led to another, and instead of tweaking a landing page we rebuilt the entire site. With the momentum we had, we implemented every single improvement we’d originally proposed.


The result: a faster, more flexible and totally redesigned site that Pustervik’s team can manage themselves, without touching the code. DatoCMS handles content editing, Next.js handles performance and Vercel handles deployment.

Pustervik were happy, and so were we. We are now an official Pustervik partner, listed as a supporting sponsor to the venue. More importantly, we’re their digital partner on an ongoing basis, running monthly sprints focused on improvements and driving real customer value, like increased ticket sales.

And most important of all: we got to help our favorite venue.
